Air-conditioning...available at a daily rate , to be paid locally

Deposit to secure booking ...... £100
Balance to be paid before holiday (6 weeks prior)
Refundable damage deposit ...... £100
(refunded approx. 1 week after finish of holiday)

Bike Hire:
2 adult mountain bikes for hire
50Euro deposit required, 2Euro per bike per day
(payable locally).

Welcome Packs:
typically bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereal, bottled water, cheese, ham and eggs
This can be arranged for your arrival at the cost of 25 Euro . For an extra 5 euros we can add a 6 pack of beer and 1 bottle of wine (payable on arrival).

Insurance

We have the appropriate level of insurance for our property.  However, this does not offer any cover for tenants accidental damage and loss whilst staying at the villa and your time in Spain. We strongly advise you to cover your self and all your party as soon as possible with travel insurance. Covering yourself now will enable you to claim the deposit on the policy if you were unfortunate enough unable to travel.
